Join our dedicated Air Logistics Operational Care – Export team in Budapest and play a key role in the global transportation of our customer’s goods.




In this role, you will be part of a team within the Operational Care Centre (OCC) and you responsible for coordinating transport activities by executing the necessary bookings with our partners and gateways, managing data entry associated with transport document and liaising with our customer care specialists to ensure specific requirements are met (Transit Times, Carrier selection, Routings etc.).




  • Coordinate and align customer deliverables with customer care teams, partners and suppliers to manage the transportation of customer’s shipments
  • Monitor the operational performance of carriers and other vendors, escalating as appropriate where service levels and commitments are not met
  • Focus on improving customer satisfaction through accurate data processing in the system(s)
  • Ensure service excellence through a high level of forwarding and market knowledge, ensuring all requests are carried out to the agreed service levels, procedures and Key Performance Indicators
  • Review and ensure execution of shipping instructions to clarify any deviations or conflicts, for instance with country regulations, compliance or internal pricing information
  • Handling all shipments with a high level of care, in line with Kuehne+Nagel guidelines and procedures, and support Customer Care colleagues in solving problems
  • Work with commercial awareness in all activities




  • Previous experience and knowledge in Air Logistics operations – preferably export
  • Ability to work in to the required operational quality standards, both through own initiatives as well as building strong relationships
  • Active collaboration with the team and stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities, fulfil critical tasks on time and keep to deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • User level of MS Office
  • Written and spoken fluency in both Hungarian and English
